Buying vehicles and heavy equipments through our online auction bidding system is very easy. All you need to do is go through the following steps.
STEP 1. APPLY MEMBERSHIP
Only registered members can check and bid vehicles and heavy equipments from our system. Membership is free. Please join our website and fill up application form online to become member.
STEP 2. SEND DEPOSIT
To become active member, you must send the required deposit to us. The deposit amount will be informed after receive your application. For more detail about depost amount please see `terms of bidding`.
STEP 3. PLACE BID
Once you select a vehicle of your choice, you can place your bid. There are two types of plan for bidding and billing i.e. special and general. Method of pricing calculation are also mentioned in `terms of bidding`.
STEP 4. SEND BALANCE AMOUNT
If you win the auction, you have to send the balance amount within 3 business days from the auction date. Currently we do not accept L/C. We will send you proforma invoice (P/I) after successfull bidding.
STEP 5. VEHICLE SHIPMENT
Once we confirm the receipt of full payment we will ship your vehicles and heavy equipments by the next available ship to your destination port. We can also arrange a container if you order consists of many vehicle and heavy equipments.
STEP 6. DISPATCH DOCUMENT
After customs clearance and completion of shipment we will send the necessary documents to your address by EMS/Courier.
STEP 7. RECEIVE VEHICLE
You can receive the consignment in your country after completing the necessary formalities such as customs clearance. All formalities of destination country should be arranged by yourself.
